These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website indianaairductcleaning.com and the services provided by Indy Air Duct Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. By using our website, submitting a form, calling us, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Our services

Indy Air Duct Cleaning provides residential and commercial air duct and ventilation services throughout Indiana, including Indianapolis and surrounding areas:

  • Air duct cleaning
  • Air duct repair
  • Air duct replacement
  • Air duct insulation
  • Dryer vent cleaning
  • Chimney cleaning

Service availability depends on your location, the condition of your system, and technician scheduling. We may decline any job we determine to be unsafe, outside our scope of work, or otherwise unsuitable.

2. Inspections, estimates and pricing

  • Work begins only after you approve a quote. We do not perform chargeable work without your approval.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
  • If conditions found during the work materially change the scope — hidden damage, mold, vermin, or asbestos, for example — we will stop, explain the finding, and provide a revised quote for your approval before continuing.
  • Any prices shown on this website are illustrative only and are not an offer or a binding quote.

3. Appointments and cancellations

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property, we may treat the visit as a cancellation.
  • We may need to reschedule because of weather, equipment failure, or an emergency. We will contact you as soon as we know.

4. Text messaging and phone calls

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, quote, and scheduled appointment.

Promotional calls and text messages require your separate, express written consent, given by checking the consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can book and receive all of our services without agreeing to receive marketing messages.

What to expect

  • Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, technician arrival notices, and — if you opted in — occasional service offers.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us. Typically no more than a few messages per month.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Indy Air Duct Cleaning does not charge for text messages.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately; you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (317) 676-3085 or indyairductcleaning@gmail.com.

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Property access and your responsibilities

So we can work safely and on schedule, you agree to:

  • Provide safe, clear access to work areas — vents, registers, the attic, the chimney, and the HVAC unit
  • Secure pets away from the work area
  • Disclose known hazards such as asbestos, lead paint, structural damage, pest infestation, or prior water damage
  • Move fragile or valuable items away from work areas before we arrive
  • Confirm that you own the property, or that you have the owner’s authorization to approve the work

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, or items left in the work area.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • We accept the payment methods listed on your quote or invoice.
  • For larger projects a deposit may be required before work begins; the amount will be stated in your quote.
  • Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Indiana law.

7. Workmanship and limitations

We stand behind our workmanship. If you believe work was performed improperly, contact us within 30 days of completion and we will inspect the issue. If the fault is ours, we will correct it at no charge.

This does not cover:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work
  • Normal wear, or recontamination caused by ongoing conditions in the property
  • Work performed or altered by anyone other than Indy Air Duct Cleaning
  • Equipment failure unrelated to the service we performed
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the system

Except as expressly stated here, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of use, loss of income, or property devaluation — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Website use and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by Indy Air Duct Cleaning or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission.

You agree not to use the website to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with its normal operation. Information on this website is general guidance and does not constitute professional advice for your specific property.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Your continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in effect on the date of your written quote govern that job.
